A Commercial Lines Account Manager collaborates closely with producers and other account managers in providing ongoing support to their commercial accounts. The right candidate has roughly 3 or more years of experience working with middle to larger sized markets and maintain a book of business. This candidate would want to work in an atmosphere of skilled, motivated, happy people who work together in an environment of teamwork, loyalty, and mutual respect.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage service timelines with producers
• Work with different markets, underwriters, and staff throughout the quote process
• Follow up with different markets/underwriters for quotations, binders, policies, endorsements, etc.
• Direct new business throughout the team
• Create proposal booklets
• Develop and manager service timelines with producers
• Conduct workflow audits
• Prepare stewardship reports
• Daily ongoing deadlines and on-going projects/tasks

Requirements:

• Valid P&C license and reside in Montana
• Must have digital competence
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills
• Must have experience with carrier rating software
• Preferred bachelor’s degree or higher
• Preferred experience with AMS360 software

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
