As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all insurance-related matters - Conduct regular client meetings to review policies, identify coverage gaps, and provide recommendations for additional coverage - Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions of policies - Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, explaining coverage options and pricing - Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products - Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns that arise Skills: - Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales - Knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and coverages - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements - Strong sales administration skills, including the ability to prepare proposals and negotiate terms - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in telemarketing techniques to generate leads and close sales - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse clients - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we encourage you to apply for the position of Commercial Lines Account Manager.
