Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. We require a minimum of 2 years service and quoting experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.  This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a deep understanding of commercial insurance policies and coverages. 

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts,  quoting new policies, managing renewals, endorsements, policy changes, certificates, payments, assisting with claims concerns, understanding the unique insurance needs of various types of businesses

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner 

-Effectively communicate with clients to determine their insurance needs based on their business operations and determine the appropriate coverages needed 

- Quote  and present insurance proposals and recommendations to  commercial clients

- Educating clients on products and coverages available specifically for their operations

Qualifications:

- Must have an active  resident Utah P&C insurance license
- 2 years minimum commercial lines quoting and servicing
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
