Works in partnership with RMs as primary liaison with customers, attorneys, inspectors, and title company representatives, during all phases of financing, by keeping them apprised of the loan closing status and any issues that may exist as well as responding to inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

Completes collateral trend reports and collateral support reports including top debtors, ineligible collateral and other collateral reports as designated by group management.

Reviews all collateral information submitted by the client ensuring it is accurately posted to the loan system.

Track monthly reserve submittals, communicate with and/or respond to any questions from lender associated with submittal.
