$100,000 Commission only

• Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines
• Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions
• Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals
• Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability

• A minimum of two (2) years of mortgage loan origination experience (preferred).
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Loan Origination Software.
• Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS State Registration.
• Knowledge of FHA, FHLMC, FNMA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, and VA loan types and Fixed-Rate, and Adjustable-Rate loan terms.
• Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability.
