Provide routine office and clerical support of branch operations. Provide customer service by answering phone calls from customers. Perform routine computer transactions and process payments. Take applications for credit from retail dealers and process retail documents. Apply principles of good cash control, operate zero balance cash drawer, safeguard cash, maintain records and balances. Process credit and employment verifications and record information obtained. File documents and maintain files. Assist Loan Interviewer, Associate Lender, Loan Originator, Assistant Manager and Branch Manager as needed. Assist in mail and phone solicitations. Prepare records and reports.
