    Responsibilities/Duties

    • Responsible for reviewing and preparation of Consumer, Commercial & Agri (non-real estate) loan applications and ensuring that loan has proper approval and information to process.
    • Responsible for typing Consumer, Commercial & Agri (non-real estate) renewal/extension applications.
    • Responsible for loading loan onto CORE system and funding Consumer, Commercial & Agri (non-real estate) loans, renewals and extensions.
    • Responsible for file maintenance on CORE system.
    • Responsible for customer change of name, address & phone number when applicable.
    • Responsible for maintaining correct documents in Loan Processing share folder.
    • Responsible for adding signed loan documents into Loan Processing share folder.
    • Responsible for moving all PDF loan files to Scanning share folder for Director importing after loan is complete.
    • Responsible for handling exceptions in Teslar listed under your opened by responsibility code.
    • Responsible for any other duties as assigned by management with or without reasonable accommodation.

    Required Skills

    • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
    • Ability to work well with internal and external customers.
    • Ability to represent the bank in a professional manner.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to self-motivate and manage time.
    • Ability to work with details.

    Required Education

    • High school graduate. Some college or post high school education preferred.
