Sets-up, validates and maintains loan file information on loan processing data base system; prepares loan file for submission to Underwriting for prescreen evaluation. Prepares Truth-In-Lending/Good Faith Estimate loan documents for borrower's signature. Processes loan files for submission to underwriting in cross-functional capacity. Tracks receipt of application fees and payment of all charges associated with the processing of the loan. Assists in the maintenance of loan processing data base "Set-ups". Assists in the processing of appraiser application packages for approval and updates appraiser tracking system.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS NEEDED TO PERFORM JOB FUNCTIONS:
Previous processing, closing and/or shipping operational work experience in mortgage lending industry. Good mathematical, basis account, and computer skills required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Sitting and/or working with computer screens for extended periods of time.

Prioritize multiple tasks and process a large and constantly changing volume of documents within tight time constraints.
Apply mathematical skills to determine estimate of closing costs and balance internal fees tracking system.

Prepare accurate and detailed legal loan documents.
EQUIPMENT USED TO PERFORM FUNCTIONS:
Computer terminal, credit bureau terminal, flood certification terminal, typewriter, calculator, photo copier, fax machine, telephone and check imprinter.
