Commercial Loan Review Manager jobs in Baton Rouge, LA

Responsibilities

The Loan Review Manager will assist the Chief Loan Review Officer in the daily tasks of the Loan Review Department to perform commercial loan reviews.

• Review credit analysis
• Prepare reports about errors
• Review assigned risk ratings
• Assess adherence to FGB Credit Policy - Bank Policy - and federal rules and regulations
• Provide written reports of findings
• Assist the Chief Loan Review Officer in other assigned duties.
• Contribute solutions for remedy
• Make recommendations for improvements
• Assist in compiling and presenting Audit Committee Reports
• Contribute to the development of systems and IT improvements.
• Be responsible for activities in the Loan Review Department when Chief Review Officer is absent
• Be available for consultative assistance with other departments as needed.
• Provide assistance and consultation in all areas of loan review and credit management
• Train staff

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years loan review Credit experience or other comparable experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments as assigned
• Manage self and staff
• Very detail oriented
• Ability to solve complex problems

• $75K to $90 DOE

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
