Pre and Post review of all applicable regulations for commercial purpose loans
Pre and Post review of BancFirst loan policy and procedures for commercial purpose loans
Pre and Post review of collateral perfection requirements for commercial purpose loans
Review legal documentation
Identify and track technical exceptions on loans
Identify and track insurance coverage on loans
Review closed loan packages

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of loan documentation
Knowledge of loan policy and procedures
Knowledge of loan related regulations
Knowledge of real estate transactions
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
Critical thinking skills
Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
Ability to perform in a highly sensitive environment and deal with confidential matters
Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
