The incumbent will provide support to the Commercial Banking Administrative Team. This includes handling tasks within the origination and servicing areas on a daily basis.
This position requires an aptitude of developing a working knowledge of commercial lending and commercial loan documentation, departmental policies and procedures, rules and regulations, and technical computer skills.
The prospective applicant must maintain a sound working knowledge of the software programs utilized by the Commercial Banking Department.
This position reports to the Vice President & Commercial Loan Administration Manager.Duties (Essential Functions) : Perform escrow duties related to Tax Payments, such as escrow analysis, system verification, setting loans up for tax payments and paying the monthly Corelogic invoice.
Monitor the Insurance Monitoring Vendor Software, pay the monthly vendor invoice as well as actively manage loans with forceplaced insurance.
Share in departmental telephone duties, including answering and directing incoming telephone calls.Assist with the scanning of loan files and other documentation into Nautilus.
Provide daily support and back up to the Commercial Lending Assistants which includes but is not limited to : Gather various documents and other information necessary in the approval and processing of commercial loan transactions, including UCC searches, flood determination reports, and other related documents.
Prepare commercial loan documents, commitment letters and adverse action notices.Arrange commercial loan closings, including maintenance of a closing calendar and forwarding any necessary documents to closing attorneys.
Prepare Loan Modification documents.Prepare CDA information and submit to Credit DepartmentReview all loan documents pre- and post-closing, organize loan files and submit to Loan Operations in a timely manner.
Follow up with document exceptions and assist with obtaining for file completionResponsible for tracking and obtaining missing commercial documents.
Update daily and weekly Rate Indexes in Cleartouch and nCino.Process and scan checksComplete daily Accounting Consolidation
Perform other similar duties as required by responsibility or requested by supervisor.Other duties as assigned.
