- Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.

- Maintain quality control standards and address any issues promptly.

- Handle client interactions, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.

- Implement and uphold company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the cleaning or service industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Flexibility to travel between locations as required.
