The Portfolio Manager is a strategic thinker and effective leader who can make the most profitable decisions. The goal is to be a strong instrument towards the company’s profitability and long-term success by providing support and direction to ensure high level of client care and retention.
The Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing and running the company’s regional accounts and operations.
Supervises the respective staff while ensuring all functions and procedures of the regions assigned are running smoothly and efficiently.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct all aspects involved with managing portfolios.
- Meeting with clients to provide high class customer-client care and relationship.
- May be responsible for developing and marketing specialized asset allocation products and services.
- Supervising, mentoring, and coaching staff.
Provides leadership for the portfolio by setting a Service Excellence standard and inspiring the teams to achieve it.
- Promotes and upholds company values, employee promise, policies, and initiatives.
- Efficiently handles escalated client requests and concerns.
- Ensures timely communication with team and stakeholders to anticipate and prevent future concerns.
- Selects, hires, trains, coaches and provides feedback to the teams to deliver Service Excellence.
- Owns the employee experience, drives employee satisfaction, and elevates team behaviors.

DEGREE/LICENSES:
Undergraduate Degree or higher is preferred.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is directly responsible for leading managers and staff of the division and indirectly responsible for all employees with in the division.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
