• Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline
• Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs
• Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business
• Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines
• Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field
• Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
• Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required
• Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred
• Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License

• 3 years experience requested in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience
• Being bilingual is a HUGE plus for this position
• Office Suite knowledge and loan-originating software Encompass is highly REQUIRED
• MUST be currently NMLS licensed originator (no exceptions)
• REQUIRED to be in physical office in Arlington, TX 76015
