This position is 100% commission based. --- Top real estate sales agents at Compass Commercial make high seven-figure annual incomes. 

You will be trained directly by Senior Vice Presidents Nate Gustavson, Cameron Foster, and our support staff. We provide comprehensive training and support to ensure you succeed in this role, out of our Compass Commercial office in Downtown Burlingame. --- As a Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for initiating client (landlord) relationships, driving sales of local commercial properties, presenting, and negotiating offers, and closing deals. 

• Cold-calling local apartment owners/landlords daily.
• Preparing Broker's Opinion of Value (BOV) for prospective listings
• Researching local market commercial sales & rental comparables
• Marketing investment real estate internally, externally, and directly to active real estate investors
• Collaborating with Senior Investment Agents to prepare and play a role in presenting Broker Opinion of Value and Marketing Strategy to clients.
• Completing our weekly training program, and executing continuous coaching objectives
