Now hiring an Outside Commercial Sales Account Executive for the Central Kentucky service area who provides corporate clients with a responsive experience from start to finish.

    • Competitive base compensation of $48,000 to $90,000 annually with uncapped commissions;

    You will…  

    • Become a smart prospector to generate sales leads through observable business prospecting;
    • Act as a skilled negotiator to arrive at a price point on services that benefit the customer and the company profit base;
    • Work diligently to close deals with clients within a measurable time period;
    • “Crush” quotas and achieve monthly sales goals with a drive to increase potential;
    • Work as a member of the OPC Team and share resources and knowledge across the company;
    • Satisfy your customers’ needs with providing individualized service and support;

    Qualifications

    • Must be at least 18 years old  
    • High School Diploma/GED  
    • Minimum 2 years' B2B or outside sales experience
    • Must be able to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment after training
    • Must be able to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments after training
    • Must maintain valid driver’s license through life of employment

    Must be able to pass criminal history background check and drug screen.   

    Must be available to work onsite in the Central Kentucky service area on a daily basis.
