  • Commercial HVAC Company in Springfield VA., looking for a motivated Sales Representatives. With related HVAC or Sales experience to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service.
    Ability to work independently and contribute as a team player. Responsibilities include but not limited to updating, renewing, and creating preventive maintenance contracts. .
    Working with new and existing customers. Promote sales from within, make contacts, follow leads, and cold calling.
    The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships.
    Hours are Monday thru Friday 7 am to 4 pm. Located in Springfield Virginia.

    Responsibilities:

    *Updating, renewing, and creating preventive maintenance contracts. .
    *Working with new and existing customers.
    *Promote sales from within
    *Make contacts, follow leads
    *Cold calling:
    - Conduct warm calling to generate new business leads and build a strong sales pipeline
    - Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
    - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular communication and account management
    - Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to maximize revenue

    Requirements:
    - Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field
    - Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
    - Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
    - Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations

    Job Types: Full-time, Contract

    Pay: $42,000.00 - $124,800.00 per year
