Commercial Sales Executive - (Hunter Wanted!)

  • Job Summary:

    As Commercial Sales Executive, you’ll specialize in increasing commercial clientele through active prospecting and relationship development. You’ll work within an assigned protected territory to provide consultative, integrated pest solutions to potential customers. Our ideal candidate has a competitive nature, is a true “hunter’, can work independently, is self-motivated, and has a strong focus on success and results.

    Essential Functions

    · Efficiently prospect, develop, and negotiate for new leads in your protected sales territory through referrals, networking groups, and cold calling.

    · Prospecting for new business, self-generating leads, gathering information about customer needs, presenting customized solutions, and closing sales.

    · Conducting commercial site evaluation/inspections and preparing specific proposals for individual business needs.

    · Building value for our customers by explaining each service offered and creating full-service solutions.

    · Establishing new customer contacts, prospect for fresh leads, follow up on all leads, compose and submit professional proposals and network to stay abreast of activities in the market.

    Qualifications

    · Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercial sales “hunting” role

    · A proven track record of hitting and exceeding assigned quotas.

    · High School diploma or equivalent.

    · A strong “hunter” mentality and will to win.

    · Valid driver license and be 18 years of age.

    · Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

    · Demonstrate safe driving record from DMV.

    Work Environment/Conditions

    Works in outside environment and is subject to inclement weather, hot, humid, cold, rainy, and other temperature, and weather-related conditions. Team Member is subject to sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout to be heard above ambient noise level. Team Member will also perform in a typical interior office setting with moderate noise levels in addition to managing multiple projects at one time that may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and request of team members, customers, and management or C-level team members.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
