Job Title: Director of Listed Futures Clearing and Execution Sales/Broker – Institutional Clients
Location: USA (Multiple Locations including New York, Chicago, Miami, West Coast)
Compensation: 150-250,000USD Revenue Split (we know compensation can vary between individuals/teams depending on the size of the book of business. If your comp sits outside of this range, but you are interested in the opportunity, we would still be keen to chat)
Red Tape, Slow Onboarding, Inflated Desk Costs, Capital Charges, Zero Cross-sell Incentive.
Sound familiar? If any, or all, of the above are features of your current role, read on.
Our client has zero capital charges, incredibly fair and modest desk costs (with much of the typical costs that end up being attributed to brokers absorbed at group level), in perpetuity cross-sell commissions, rapid onboarding, an extensive front office support team and a genuinely good, hard working, down to earth team. This is brokerage as it should be.
Competing for institutional, listed futures business at a level that rivals some banks, our client can accomodate a wide range of accounts across funds, CTAs, prop shops, PTGs and more throughout the institutional client chain. The firm has an impressive organic growth record with a low attrition rate, longstanding staff and a genuine passion (and certainly the team/ability/drive) to be the number 1 choice for institutional investors/speculators for both clearing and execution services.
If you are currently managing a listed futures book in either clearing or execution, on behalf of an institutional client base, and want to explore a world less political, faster moving and reward driven, we would love to have a chat. Imperium Commodity Search is retained to grow the front office from an already exceptional starting point, capitalizing on excellent organic investment to expand the coverage yet further.
We can explore multiple office locations for the right brokers, and are always pleased to discuss team moves with high performing groups. New York, Chicago etc. all great. Florida, we are told, would be awesome; probably as it gives an added incentive for the C-Suite to travel down more often...
