Monitors accuracy and ensures documents and materials follow organizational standards and branding. Additionally, Communications Editor Supervisor manages project tasks and timelines. Manages the coordination of production and distribution activities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Communications Editor Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Communications Editor Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.       • Aerial and underground
    • Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture

    Qualifications

    • You know the telecom construction industry.
      • Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, map reading, etc.
    • You enjoy problem-solving and like to troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field
    • You embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team
    • You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software

    MOS Codes 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591 relate well to this position.
