MSPC, the content agency within MSP Communications, is seeking a senior editor for a proprietary B2B technology website. The candidate must be passionate about B2B technology content as well as being part of a cross-functional team.
We need someone with stellar project organization capabilities, strong writing and editing skills, and a creative approach to executing the content strategy for the technology website. We are seeking someone who will develop relationships with key writers and influencers within the technology communities we serve. We also need someone who can work well with our internal teams from sales/marketing to design to production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content production: You’ll make internal and external writing assignments, edit content written by writers for substance, grammar and style, while ensuring the voice and tone aligns with the website’s guidelines.
Content development: You’ll work on a variety of content including video scripts, e-books, articles and more.
Content distribution: Pulling together newsletter content, proofing newsletters, managing social channels, posting content on social channels.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English or communications
4-5 years B2B writing and editing experience
Well-versed in digital content development and distribution
Experience managing social media for a brand
Familiarity with WordPress CMS
Able to provide clear direction and manage writers
Able to work well as part of a cross-functional team
Experience in B2B tech writing and editing
