- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting services.
- Familiarize customers with the use of our interactive system and its features.
- Replace small defective equipment as needed (pillow speakers, phones).
- Be comfortable handling computer documentation including payment records.
Skills/Qualifications:- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience: 1 year. (preferred)
Physical/Health Requirements:- Must be able to lift 25lbs and climb a 6-foot ladder.
- Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings.
- Must be COVID 19 vaccinated.
Work Schedule/Location:St. Charles Hospital, 200 Belle Terre Rd, Port Jefferson, NY 11777Shift: Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays - 12:00 pm - 3:30 pmPay rate: $15.00 p/h.*Joining bonus can earn up to $1k - Just Posted
