KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to inbound leads and create outbound leads via calls, emails and social media to qualify sales opportunities
• Promote current marketing campaigns in order to sell to customers accurately and effectively.
• Follow-up with the customer until the sale is closed.
• Achieve or exceed metrics including outbound calls and emails
• Assist customers with basic billing assistance, including taking payments, account explanations/adjustments.
• Must be professional in speech and manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; can understand and convey sales-oriented and modestly technical messaging to various customer audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous outbound phone sales experience is preferred.
• Great people skills and ability to handle conflict well.
• Possess basic computer skills and a desire to constantly learn and expand your knowledge.
• Able to handle multitasking in multiple windows and programs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment while managing multiple interruptions and adjustments to priorities throughout the day.
• Must demonstrate accountability in order to organize workload, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 10:00am - 7:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
