Job Summary
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential community. Your role will involve ensuring resident satisfaction, managing property maintenance, and upholding legal and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents through effective customer relationship management
- Coordinate property maintenance tasks and repairs
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal administrative requirements
- Handle conflict management among residents and enforce community policies
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or related field
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices
- Excellent understanding of legal regulations governing residential communities
- Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and manage challenging situations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 per hour
