Midwest Minnesota Community Development Corporation (MMCDC) is seeking a Lending Assistant to be responsible for servicing loans and interacting with borrowers to generally support the organization's (and its subsidiary's) lending and servicing functions. Previous experience with Commercial Lending is highly valued, but not required.

Successful Candidates will have these Qualifications:

• Some post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a professional setting.
• Preferred: Loan Processing or servicing experience
• Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlooks
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team focused attitude

This position is officed in Detroit Lakes, MN and has a typical schedule of 8:00-5:00, Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
