Rogue Community Health has a wonderful opportunity for an experienced clinic Health Center Director. This position will support our White City Health Center team. This leadership position is responsible for all activities within the health center including direct supervision of assigned personnel and volunteers, full responsibility for financial and operational requirements, ensuring the smooth operation of clinic-based services, facilities, and Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) project requirements.

Priority will be given to candidates that demonstrate strong analytical, budgeting, and personnel management skills.

 
Our expectation is a team player who is committed to our mission, professional in appearance and manner with a positive attitude, effective and respectful communication skills including conflict resolution, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This position is expected to travel to multiple sites on a regular basis. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, credit check, and drug screen.

EDUCATION: BA/BS in business, healthcare or other related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum five years in a medical office with supervisory or management position desirable. Experience and knowledge of electronic scheduling systems and medical records is highly desirable.
