Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Community Relations professional to join their team.
The ideal candidate must be a natural leader with strong communication; verbal and written skills as well as superb customer service, leasing, and marketing expertise.

Tax Credit Experience
Professionalism
Attention to detail and ability to work independently is necessary.
Working with and or the ability to learn to work with today's technology i.e. Email, desk-top, lap-top, iPad, iPhone, tablet etc. and a thorough understanding of social media is necessary.
Proficiency in computers and property management software required.
Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants.
Education
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
1-3 years of management experience a plus
Solid knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
