TITLE: Member Relations/Office Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Administrative
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt, Part-time
REPORTS TO: Chief Operations Director
This part-time (22.5hrs/wk) year round position calls for a highly organized and enthusiastic team player who enjoys a fast-paced multi-faceted environment interfacing with customers. This role typically serves as the first line of contact between the organization and its customers. The Member Relations/Office Coordinator works under the supervision of the Chief Operations Director. The schedule is M-F 8:30am-1pm, with additional office hours as needed.

Qualifications
Education: A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a related field or related specialty training; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ Quickbooks experience and successfully working in an office customer service environment; Daxko CRM experience preferred.

· Personable nature with the ability to develop strong professional relationships and positive rapport with all constituents.
· Proficiency with the use of a computer including Microsoft office word, excel, power point, publisher, as well as credit card machines.
· Ability to maintain confidential information.
· Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, meeting commitments.
· Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail in all writing.
· Ability to prioritize work activities.
· Adapts to changes in the work environment easily, consistently follows instructions and responds to management direction.
· Must dress appropriately for the workplace to promote a consistently professional image with expected frequent public contact.
· Must possess a valid state driver’s license with own transportation.
