Compensation Analyst jobs in Everett, WA

Fast growing corporation looking for a dynamic team member, that can establish strong working relationships with co-workers, clients & negotiate the myriad of issues with all matters Labor & Industries and/or Self- Insurance Claims.

Claim adjudication of L&I Industrial Insurance state fund and/or self-insurance worker's compensation claims. Review and issue order and notices, review medical chart notes, vocational services, time-loss benefits, case reserves, wage orders, independent medical exams and more.

Ensure all medical treatment is objective, curative, necessary and appropriate to the allowed conditions. Identify and facilitate early return to work solutions.

Legal understanding of the appeals process with L&I Industrial Insurance orders and the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals is helpful.

Strong attention to detail and dependability a must.

Minimum 2 years experience as a third party administrator for worker's compensation claims and/or self insurance claims adjudicator is a plus.  Legal office experience or medical office experience is accepted.
