Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our medical office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional administrative support and coordinate patient care services.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Create the patient/staff schedule and manage the office calendar
- Update staff sessions in online electronic scheduling platform
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for our valued staff and patients
- Basic auditing of session note content
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus
- Experience with children with Autism is strongly preferred
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
