Job Description
As a
Finance Analyst for our Outdoors Business Unit, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation through advanced data and strategic insights. You will leverage cutting-edge data visualization tools and collaborate cross-functionally to transform complex sales and market data into actionable strategies that fuel growth and optimize performance. Your work will pioneer enhancements in reporting, financial processes, and help empower key stakeholders with dynamic, forward-thinking decision support.
The
ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 2 years of experience in a large corporation or public accounting firm.
This
hybrid role offers flexibility, with in-office collaboration on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at your choice of our Maumee, OH or North Olmsted, OH office locations.
What you will be doing:

Review market and customer trends to provide valuable insights to the business unit.

Track sales performance by channel, region, and customer, delivering variance analysis against plans and forecasts.

Manage Gross-to-Net process, ensuring accurate balance sheet reconciliations.

Optimize down-channel reporting from customers to deliver actionable insights for sales stakeholders.

Monitor new product financials and support the Stage Gate process by collaborating on P&L development.

Partner with the Business Intelligence team to enhance reporting and data.

Support stakeholders with presentations and ad hoc financial analyses.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
-
2-5 years of experience working in Accounting, Finance, or related experience.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
