SUMMARY

Inventory Control Associate will work with multiple departments daily researching and troubleshooting all inventory accuracy issues. The primary responsibilities in this position will be to ensure the accuracy of the inventories through daily cycle counts, reconciliation of claims both internal and external as well as the accurate processing and posting of inbound receipts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodations may be

• Generate, enter and analyze daily cycle counts
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and make necessary adjustments accordingly
• Investigate customer claims for validity
• Generate stock transfer orders for deliveries, address discrepancies and post goods receipt
• Process replenishments and generate stock transfer orders
• Analyze warehouse capacity spreadsheet and generate transfer orders to create warehouse space
• Generate stock transfer orders for ware to be delivered from outside storage facilities
• Process ware between plants
• Process conversion of stock
• Provide assistance to colleagues as needed

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma/GED required
• 2 years’ of prior experience in Inventory Control preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Office)
• SAP experience preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
