The candidate must be well versed in proof of coverage requirements, bureau criticisms, advance and conditional notice of renewals, cancellation, and non-renewal with the goal of driving consistency and compliance. Qualifications:
* Must have 7 years experience with in the industry of property casualty insurance and at least 5 year of workers compensation experience.
* Agency Management Systems, various Policy rating and issuance systems
* Working knowledge of insurance coverages, procedures and terminology
* Able to Present and train others on policy, workers compensation law or procedures
* Open to taking on new responsibilities and challenging tasks
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to integrate into a fast-paced environment
* Excellent typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Math, Excel, Access and database experience required
Responsibilities
* Participate in the implementation of operational and policy service workflow processes and standards
* Provides project and status report information aligned with training initiatives
* Provides recommendations to resolve and prevent inconsistencies in process approach to ensure business results are met
* Maintains updated procedures and processes, develops new workflows as business dictates
* Manages overall responses to Bureau Criticisms are completed timely to avoid fines or penalties
