    Are you an Commercial Property and Insurance Workers Compensation Expert? We have a Training and Coordination position we are looking to fill. The candidate must be well versed in proof of coverage requirements, bureau criticisms, advance and conditional notice of renewals, cancellation, and non-renewal with the goal of driving consistency and compliance. In addition you will be creating a training program to help people new to the process. If that sounds like a challenge you are interested in please apply right away.

    Qualifications:

    * Must have 7 years experience with in the industry of property casualty insurance and at least 5 year of workers compensation experience.

    * Agency Management Systems, various Policy rating and issuance systems

    * Working knowledge of insurance coverages, procedures and terminology

    * Able to Present and train others on policy, workers compensation law or procedures

    * Open to taking on new responsibilities and challenging tasks

    * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to integrate into a fast-paced environment

    * Excellent typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

    * Math, Excel, Access and database experience required

    Responsibilities

    * Participate in the implementation of operational and policy service workflow processes and standards

    * Provides project and status report information aligned with training initiatives

    * Provides recommendations to resolve and prevent inconsistencies in process approach to ensure business results are met

    * Maintains updated procedures and processes, develops new workflows as business dictates

    * Manages overall responses to Bureau Criticisms are completed timely to avoid fines or penalties
