Under the direct supervision and guidance of the Local Operations Support Unit (LOSU), duties of this position include, but are not limited to: process work assigned in CIS work queue accurately and in a timely manner; greet and provide general information to constituents; assist with WCB website online forms and applications; assist parties who require language access services when necessary; assist with voter registration; assist WCLJs and constituents with hearing process. When in-person hearings resume, assist with public use of computers to access eCase; receive and process documents and evidence for administration of claims. Some travel may be required to provide coverage in service centers.
Please Note: A hybrid telecommuting schedule can be discussed with the hiring manager during the interview.
