We are currently looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for all facilities maintenance of Southwest Healthcare property and ensures the buildings and property are consistently in good condition with respect to electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
In addition, performs routine maintenance throughout the facilities and ensures the Fire Alarm and the Emergency Generator System is in good working condition. Performs routine checks of facilities and is subject to call back in emergencies, weather related conditions, etc. Most commonly performs tedious tasks that are necessary to the everyday operations.
