Competitive Pricing Manager assists with the pricing analysis of revenue, market share, capacity, and competitor activity to provide pricing for products, geographies, and market segments aligned with products and sales strategy. Conducts market research and intelligence gathering and recommends pricing targets. Being a Competitive Pricing Manager maintains competitive pricing databases to monitor changes in the marketplace and their impact on new and existing products. Performs analyses to test customer price sensitivity and elasticity. Additionally, Competitive Pricing Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree in business or related discipline. Typically reports to a manager. The Competitive Pricing Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Competitive Pricing Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.   • What this job involves: Partnering with key Work Dynamics stakeholders (Sales Team, Solutions Team, Service Lines, Business Lines, Corporate Finance, and others), to manage the development of the pricing solution for new business pursuits, formal RFPs, renewals, expansions, and opportunity assessments. Support specific Sales Team pursuits with financial modelling, pricing processes, commercial expertise, data analysis, and delivery of accurate, competitive, timely client pricing-related deliverables.

    What your day-to-day will look like:
    Work with the Sales and Solutions team to develop strategy and implement process for pricing development in response to new business, renewal, and expansion opportunities, with a focus on the Healthcare and related industries
    Collaborate with and integrate pricing inputs from Business Lines, Service Lines and Support Services SMEs, Account Management representatives, and pursuit team into a final pricing solution
    Fully understand and integrate pricing inputs from global regions into the final pricing solution
    Work with Integrated facilities management (IFM) service line SMEs and pursuit team to develop IFM service delivery and platform costs, and to document value propositions
    Develop a comprehensive and accurate proforma (profitability model) and cash flow model representing all service lines and global regional pricing for the purposes of fee modeling and deal approval
    Participate in "Yellow Pads" and other client sessions with the goal of validating data for solution development and gaining clarity in RFP response as needed
    Assist during negotiations and transition in educating teams on pricing assumptions for contracting and transition activities

    Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
    Knowledge of Work Dynamics business lines and service delivery (IFM, Project Management, Occupancy Planning, Lease Admin, and Transaction Management)
    Understand Profitability Measurement and Fee Modeling
    Knowledge of facility management operations, service delivery platforms, and operating budgets
    Ability to analyze and manage data sets
    Experience in estimating or benchmarking
    Experience in the Healthcare Industry a plus but not required

    Required Skills and Experience:
    Strong financial and analytical skills
    Knowledge of P&L and cash flow concepts
    Able to generate complex financial models and scenarios
    Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to client deadlines
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Finance, Economics or Accounting
    5 to 10 years of relevant Real Estate or other business experience
