Reviews Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and Questionable Activity Reports (QAR), and submits Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) as appropriate. Being a Compliance Analyst (Banking), Sr. identifies and reports on changing trends in methods used by fraud perpetrators. Stays informed on changes to all related banking regulations. Additionally, Compliance Analyst (Banking), Sr. may supervise and guide lower-level compliance analysts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Compliance Analyst (Banking), Sr. gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
