• You have a valid CNA or HCA license in Washington?

• You are available to cover an on-call for just one week per quarter in the evening/weekend.

Schedule: 8:30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday

Pay: ($23.00 - $34.50 / hour)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities!

• Perform non-medical in-home assessment, and create plan of care and client electronic paperwork.
• Conduct phone consultation for prospects requesting non-medical in-home care services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and need for additional services.
• Ensure documentation meets quality standards and is user-friendly. Conduct regular audits of documentation.
• Schedule, train, and orient care staff to plan of care and monitor performance to plan of care.
• Work closely with social workers, community partners and family members to ensure effective communication.
• Attend appropriate office meetings and help maintain an inviting office culture.
• Step in to work with a client as a caregiver in the rare case that there are no other options.
• Conduct supervisory duties and 1:1 meeting with caregivers.
• Participate in on-call once every 9-12 weeks for one week at a time.
