YWCA Tulsa is seeking a full-time Grant Compliance Coordinator to support strategic implementation of all grant funding with a particular focus on federal grants. This person will work closely with the Data Systems Manager and the Senior Director of Strategic Implementation and Grant Compliance, assisting in planning and monitoring all processes and procedures to ensure that we are compliant with all federal grant requirements.

The Grant Compliance Coordinator will take a leadership role in supporting all departments through data tracking, checkpoint meetings, creation of action plans and timelines if needed and program support. The coordinator will focus on helping to increase efficiencies and improve processes across departments to achieve these goals. The Grant Compliance Coordinator will ensure that our departments understand the expectations, outcomes, deliverables, reporting and data tracking of each Federal Grant that pertains to that team. This position will focus on helping to increase efficiencies and improve processes across departments to achieve these goals.

Requirements

Grant Implementation

• Assist in developing policies and procedures aligning service delivery with the requirements of government contracts, grants, foundations, or as otherwise required by the organization.
• Support Programs through implementation.
• Support Programs to ensure mission viability throughout all service provision. Promote cross-training and collaborative agreements between departments.
• Provide training and support to ensure that outcomes and deliverables are being met as well as support for each department in grant reporting and data tracking.
• Review other provider programs (state & nationally) to support improved systems such as documentation, data collection, and best practice implementation. Streamline documentation and reporting across all services.
• Outline grant implementation, looking at unique opportunities, in order to create actionable agendas that can be implemented by program Directors.
• In collaboration with the Senior Director of Strategic Implementation and Grant Compliance and the Data Systems Manager, develop procedures for monitoring the quality and quantity of the services being delivered for adherence to outputs, outcomes, goals, expected standards of care, and to meet grant deliverables.
• Work with the Finance Department to review grant invoices and ensure proper allocations.
• Support the understanding of how to code properly to meet all of the budget requirements of the grants.
• Review pertinent data points for intersectional correlations that could support new or improved programming or funding opportunities.
• Pursue training opportunities for program staff that could strengthen overall services.
• Provide support for each department in grant reporting and tracking.
• Support the Senior Director in reviewing quarterly program evaluation efforts with each department to help with tracking our outcomes across each program
• Lead a bi-annual audit of case files across all federal grants to ensure we are keeping data tracked properly

• Must be proficient in MS Office programs, specifically MS Outlook & MS Excel.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that enables the applicant to demonstrate the required knowledge and experience.
