    Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to lead and drive the growth and management of our operations in new healthcare construction markets. This individual will be responsible for overseeing multiple critical functions including estimating, pricing, account management, project execution, labor force recruitment, and financial performance. The Director of Operations will play a key role in expanding our presence while ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality healthcare construction projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Healthcare Construction Leadership: Spearhead operations in new healthcare construction markets, ensuring the efficient execution of projects and exceeding client expectations. Focus on estimating, pricing, and quoting for new projects while managing the development of accurate cost estimates and project timelines.
    • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for project discussions, updates, and issue resolution. Identify opportunities for growth and client retention.
    • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of construction projects, from planning through to completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure adherence to all requirements.
    • P&L Responsibility: Oversee and manage the financial performance of operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, driving profitability and operational efficiency.
    • Growth and Market Expansion: Lead efforts to scale and grow operations within new markets. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business expansion while maintaining a high standard of excellence.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business Administration, or a related field (Not required).
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
    • Proven experience in estimating, pricing, and quoting healthcare construction projects.
    • Solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial oversight.
    • Strong network and understanding of labor sourcing, recruitment, and management in the construction industry.
    • Experience with project management tools and software.
