Builds and maintains programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Being a Compliance Director - Healthcare directs the collection and analysis of data to meet compliance requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Compliance Director - Healthcare typically reports to top management. The Compliance Director - Healthcare typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Compliance Director - Healthcare typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Responsible for accountability for new legislation, Board reporting requirements, Website posting
    • Network Assessment Coordinator
    • Network Board of Directors Liaison
    • MISchool Data network access
    • EEM Updates
    • Tracking PD, DPPD/SCECH Coordinator, tracking of PD advisory requirements
    • Reporting requirements for Academics and Board of Directors in Epicenter
    • Tracking mentor needs
    • Annual Updates:
      • Annual Reports
      • Code of Conducts
      • Bullying Policy
      • LKA Student Coursebook
      • PD Plan
      • Wellness Policy Revisions
      • Assessment & Reporting Calendar
    • McKinney-Vento Liaison
      • Assist other services areas of the program with direct and indirect services, which may include local travel
      • Participates in the training of families as requested
      • Provides community resources for families
    • All pupil accounting functions & MSDS Access:
      • UIC Resolver
      • Student Record Maintenance
      • Fall, Winter, EOY reporting
      • 25e reporting
      • MPAAA member
    • Participates in professional development, maintains appropriate certification and qualifications and keeps current in changing pedagogy
    • Maintain confidentiality, while upholding FERPA and mandated reporting requirements
    • Perform other job relevant duties as assigned

    • You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in education, human services or related field, or a minimum of 3 years of experience working with youth in an urban setting is preferred

    • You have knowledge of resources to aid in student success both within and outside of schools
