The Director of Compliance is responsible for analyzing legal, regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. They oversee the development of compliance risk mitigation plans and collaborate with on-site leadership to ensure that operating policies and procedures align with compliance requirements. This position requires up to 80% travel to various sites to educate and enforce compliance controls.
