Job Title: Manager, Clinical Nurse - ICU
Location: Oregon
Salary Range: $105,000 - $140,000 (Relocation Assistance Available)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager, Clinical Nurse - ICU to lead our critical care unit. You will oversee the daily operations of the ICU, ensuring exceptional patient care, staff performance, and efficient resource management. This role is vital in shaping patient outcomes and enhancing patient/family satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ICU team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Ensure staff adhere to best practices and maintain clinical excellence.
• Monitor patient care processes and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage resources effectively, optimizing staffing and department operations.
• Foster a positive work environment, addressing challenges with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (or commitment to complete within two years).
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred).
• Specialty certification in ICU or related area (preferred).
• Licenses/Certifications:
• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Oregon.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of acute care experience within the past 10 years.
• At least 2 years of managerial or leadership experience in the past 5 years.
