Description

Our client, a boutique IP law firm, seeking a skilled Federal Court Litigation Paralegal with preferred experience in Intellectual Property (IP) cases. The candidate will be tasked with a range of activities supporting highly experienced attorneys involved with federal court litigation.

Responsibilities Include

• Assist in the preparation of legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research to gather and analyze data relevant to court cases.
• Liaise directly with clients, attorneys, court staff, and other involved parties.
• Maintain electronic files and case documents efficiently.
• Assist attorneys in preparation for trial and manage exhibit lists.
• Review, analyze and manage incoming case-related materials.
• Coordinate and track all litigation deadlines.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Federal Court Litigation paralegal experience.
• Knowledge of Federal Court rules and e-filing procedures.
• Prior experience in Intellectual Property (IP) cases is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, paralegal certification preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Must possess excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient with legal research tools and computer applications.
