DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance in all Federal and State brand registrations, price posting, CRV, and all the monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting.
- Handle order processing tasks, including entering orders into Encompass, verifying order details, coordinating with various departments for timely delivery, and resolving any order-related issues or discrepancies.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the sales process by preparing necessary sales documents.
- Occasionally assist with preparing sales presentations

Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and other sales-related tools.

Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as organizing travel arrangements, shipping POS, beer samples, and more!
- Manage donation processing.
- Tracking and analyzing shipments and depletions.
- Assist with new brand and item paperwork at the distributor and account level, including NIF completion and Encompass setup.

Occasionally assist with outside events.
- Work closely with the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory reporting across all platforms.

California and Federal Alcohol Beverage laws as they pertain to selling, distributing, and serving alcohol

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum two years of related experience in an administrative role
