STC is seeking a dedicated onsite Field Safety Representative to join our growing team. The candidate will serve our dedicated roofing client in Denton, TX.

Requirements – Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Current OSHA 500 (DO NOT APPLLY IF YOU DONT HAVE THIS!!)
- *Spanish Bilingual Speaking Required (Verbal/Written) - Must be able to lead trainings in both languages.
- Minimum of 10 Years of experience in Safety.
- Certified OSHA 30 Hour trained
- Current CPR/FA/AED training
- Excellent interpersonal, visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform individually and as a member of a project team.
- Ability to plan, lead, organize, and communicate (written and verbal) with clients.
- Computer and Microsoft® savvy
- Comfortable presenting to audiences of various sizes and backgrounds
- Since the position works primarily for clients in our commercial, industrial and construction segments, the following will be necessary: Ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods of time
- Ability to walk on uneven surfaces and climb ladders or stairs.
- Ability to work in temperature extremes
- Ability to work outdoors

- Support safety management with implementation of Safety Program
- Manage key projects and the overall safety deliverables onsite through direction of “Campus” management
- Conduct continual safety observations and inspections of the site and subcontractors, and report to team on findings through daily inspection reports.
- Assist in providing regular on-site safety/risk meetings.
- Attend critical path meetings collaborate with “Campus” facility safety personnel.
- Assist in conducting incident reporting and contractor improvement.
- Perform Daily JHA/TBT & Record reports
- Manage Avetta Safety Database
- Perform Equipment, electrical & Scaffold Inspections Daily
- Obtain roof access & hot work permits daily or as necessary

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
