Job Title: Compliance Supervisor
Location: Burbank, CA
Salary: $75K-$85K

Summary:
Join our client's established team as a Compliance Supervisor in Burbank, CA. Manage daily operations of the Substance Testing Program, ensuring compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and industry contracts.

Responsibilities:.
Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, DMV, CHP, FCRA, etc.
Engage with staff for training and support.
Review and approve time-off requests and timecards.
Identify training opportunities and develop materials.
Conduct one-on-one meetings for staff development.
Perform random drug and alcohol testing selections.
Compile MIS reports and approve billing items.
Assist with DOT audits.
Inform STP Associate Manager of department status.
Evaluate and update STP procedures for regulatory and policy compliance.
Structure staff workflows for efficiency.

Requirements:
Strong analytical and comprehension skills.
Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to triage and prioritize tasks.
Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations, in the Entertainment Industry preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years office experience.
Regulatory compliance and supervisory experience (preferred).
Experience in Transportation within the Entertainment Industry.
