Computer Numeric Controlled Machine Operator jobs in York, PA

Job Details

We are hiring top talent with the right skills and experience to work as Machine Operator to operate one or more Mold Press machines. The Qualified candidates should have previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment, be able to work on their feet all day, lift up to thirty-five pounds occasionally, and have good vision for inspecting parts.

A Mechanical Aptitude is required. Experience with Machine Set-up and Changeovers, including precision tooling fitting is a plus.

They will also need to complete paperwork as required. Inspect, gauge, and package production as required.

Are You Looking to

Are You Ready to

• Use common hand tools and gauges.
• Accurately use common inspection equipment such as Vernier Calipers, Pin gages and a Visual comparator
• Follow and continually monitor safety procedures.

What You will Need

• General Math skills to perform accurate part counts and calculate scrap for each work order.
• Ability to weigh material on a gram scale.
• Upper body strength to perform strenuous repetitive movements throughout the day.
