Computer Operations Shift Supervisor jobs in Erie, PA
Computer Operations Shift Supervisor supervises and monitors the computer operations of one or more shifts. Leads the operating and monitoring of computer equipment and delegates workflow as necessary. Being a Computer Operations Shift Supervisor uses established procedures to perform routine tasks to maintain computer equipment and its peripherals. Observes peripheral equipment and error messages displayed on the monitor of the terminal to identify faulty output or machine stoppage. Additionally, Computer Operations Shift Supervisor may require an associate degree in a related area. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Role Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Ability to complete a drug test, background check, and W9 form.
About the Role:
You know better than anyone that LPNs are essential members of a facility's medical team. Your role is to assist RNs and physicians in keeping patients comfortable and on the road to recovery. Here are a few things you might do:
- Chart and record the administration of medication and treatment.
- Patient observation.
- Perform specific procedures, such as reading and recording vital signs, measuring and recording weight and height, and running other diagnostic tests.
- Comfort and reassure apprehensive patients.
