Computer Operations Shift Supervisor jobs in Irving, TX

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Lead the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.  

• Coach, mentor, and train direct reports to align with company goals and objectives.  

• Identify and implement new methods, processes, and improvements that support Sustained Culture, A Operations and Talent Development.   

• Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.  

• Remove obstacles that hinder the team’s performance. 

• Responsible for providing feedback to direct reports on their daily performance.  

• Partner with HRBP’s to lead and resolve all performance management.  

• Partner with site leadership to create and maintain schedules and job assignments for their respective departments.  

• Encompass and drive a safety culture.  

• Ensure the operation keeps quality and accuracy at the forefront of every transaction.  

• Proactively works to assist others in achieving the organizations objectives.   

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Exceptional leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.  

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays. 

• Experience using a warehouse management system. 

• Ability to interact professionally with customers and key stakeholders.  

• Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

• Superior knowledge of business functions.  

• Proven record of fostering high performance teams.

Education and Experience:  

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• 3 years of related experience required. 

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.  

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.  

• Must be able to access and navigate the production facility. 

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
